For most of us who are stuck with our daily routine, finding the time to work our muscles out are almost impossible. Among their many benefits are: healthier and stronger heart and lungs; increased bone density; stress relief; lower risk of cardio diseases and even some types of cancer; better sleep; more energy; and more confidence about yourself. To say the least, moving around is a vital factor in healthy life. It increases blood flow to the muscles, helping the heart to work more efficiently. But more than this, you can teach your kids the value of exercise by setting an example for them.
