My last experience with eBay was not a pleasant one and it makes me think whether I should use their services in future.  I wanted to speak with their customer service representative as I had some doubts regarding the authenticity of the buyer. But the million dollar question was “how do I phone eBay?” After getting my hands on their number I decided to give it a try but I did not realize the frustration that I would have to go through. The first couple of times that I tried dailling their number I could not get through and I began to doubt whether I was dailling the correct number. I tried again later in the day thinking that may be all their lines were busy earlier but again I faced the same problem.  Finally I got through at the end of the day but to my surprise there was no reply from the other end and I was left holding the phone in my hand.  The next day I tried again and I had to wait for 10 minutes after getting through but this time a customer service representative finally arrived on the line. However I did not gain much information from him so I thought it would be best to deal with the buyer on my own terms.
